I orignall tried to apply for the card until I realized that they were misleading with their information. But by this point I ahd already submitted my card nu, ber but there was no money at the time to be withdrawn from my account this was in June, imagine my surprise when the first time I was charged was 19.99 for a card I do not own - and I continue to get charged for a card I do not own. I want my money back, amd every time I tried to call I can never get through to a person.
