I received an advertisement regarding an exclusive buy back event which stated the following:
we are looking to purchase toyota venzas because of an unusual number of customer requests for this specific model.
Deadline is saturday August, 18th 2012
2009 and older are in there peak trading cycle and we are willing to make aggessive offers on these vehichles, if you currently own one of these we want your trade!
Black book value clean condition could be worth $19,640.-$21,875 with low miles we feel these vehichles could be 1 more!
There is no purchase necessary, but if you do need something to replace your current vehichle this offer will provide you with the best trade in offer we have seen in 3yrs.
I went up to lia toyota of schenectady and although your ad specifically says no purchase necessary. I was told this was only on trade ins and that they do not need any 2009 toyota venzas. This is false adverstisement and is a scam and is fraudulent. You should be ashamed of yourselves leading people to believe that you would buy back certain models but not hold up to your end of the add.
