2 weeks ago I advise my employer OHM Laboratories that I had found employment somewhere else and that my last day with the company would be Aug 24th. Later on I was notified my OHM Laboratories that since I had used all my vacation and personal days that they would keep my salary or paycheck for the last 2 weeks and that I would not get paid. I have been with the company over 2 years so I would think that after Aug I would have my time accrued already. To make a long story short I did not get paid for last week even though I worked a full week.
