This is an update on a previous complaint. I have filed a dispute form on the PayPal website. I encourage others who did not receive an adequate response from PayPal to do the same. According to PayPal response Rio-Shoes is operated from China by junli wang, whose current email is jeanshoes837@yahoo.com. Junli Wang has deposited our funds while PayPal does nothing. This sounds like grounds for a class action suit against PayPal to me. They claim to guarantee safe, secure transmission of funds. Clearly they do not. I will discontinue my PayPal account as soon as my claim is resolved.
