I received a letter stating that i won 250,000 and that all i needed to do was call the international number. Well before i could call that number i had to get the international plan put on my cell phone. So when i was on the phone with my carrier, and they put me on hold, i decided to look and see if someone had reported this as a scam. Well just by looking on this site they are scam artist, why they want to play that on people who really need the money is beyond me.
