Person is saying that he is an Army soilder that is in need of money so that he can come back to the states. He first asked for $200.00 because I sent him a care package and he reported that the person that was aloud on the base needed that money so that he can get the package out of customs. He them asked for $350.00 so that he can go to Ghana for some important business before he can come back to the states. Now he is asking $1000.00.
