This company took $30.00 from my checking account without my approval. The check is paid to the order of check process and says no signature required this payment is authorized by depositor. I have talked to these people several times about my refund and still I don't have a refund after almost 30 days. The same lady answers the phone every time i call. This is a scam and i dont know how they got my acccount number.
