I placed a call to receive trial offers which was to be $4.00 shipping charges only on 7-14-12.
Two days after I went to see my son out of state and my mail was withheld. Today 8-15-12 while looking at bank statement I was charged $159.97 which was taken out of my account. I called the customer service number and was told I wanted only the trial offer I did not order what they had sent. Was told that my order slip said I would have 15 days to return, I advised that I never received an order slip. I have mailed everything back and was told I would received a full credit. Will wait and see what happens. Is the Better Business Bureau know about this company?
