After their tech rep who I could barely understand made unauthorized changes to my computer I requested that my contract with them be cancelled and asked for a refund. Their Customer Services offered a reasonable amount base on 2 previous calls I had made. This was to take place in 7 business days. It has now been 3 weeks and although they claim the refund was processed the day following my call I still have credit posted to my card. I have now turned all my emails and the log I made of calls over to my credit card company who have confirmed no refund has been recieved. If they are unsucessful I will have to write off my cost to experience.
