Order trial samples of Avilean and Colon Flow. Colon Flow not suitable at all so returned it to Distributor. They still took out £69.95 for this product. Next thing I know they have taken out two more lots of £69.95 from my account for the same products. I phoned a given number immediately to cancel any more transactions and to get a RMA no. But I was refused one as the products had already been shipped. (they are sent from a UK distributor I believe). No refund without an RMA number or after goods have been shipped. Very dodgy set-up and the wording is ambiguous as at the head of their advertisement it clearly states 'Money back guarantee' I certainly didn't realise I was signing up to monthly payments when I asked for a free sample. Have contacted Bank who have changed my card. Also Office of Fair Trading. It's a disgusting type of set-up and they are taking my money fraudulently. Date was 2nd August
