He Claimed to be Oil Resovior contractor. He stated had new contract to go Niagiar. He claimed to Be 60 year old. Stated had to take 10 year old daughter with him everywhere because he was widower and had no family. He stated after 3 weeks that he lost his wallet and conviced to be sent money. Within a few days he started to ask for more
