This company says that I ordered a discount on travel from them and put it on my visa. I do not remember doing this but it has come off of my VISA as Virgin club on January 28. They have called several times in the past few months but three times in the past two weeks. Wed. Aug. 8 at 7;30 P.M. And when a housemate said that I was not able to come to the phone the person on the other end started swearing at him and when my housemate asked for a supervisor the person told him to " (Inappropriate Content Removed) off" and put me on the phone. I was not home and my housemate hung up and said not to call again. I received 2 calls on Monday, Aug 13. The first at 7 pm. The person said they were from an international company and that He would continue to call every day until I would have to change my phone number when I asked to speak with a supervisor. He kept talking on and I listed until he hung up without saying anything. They called again at 10:50 at night and I played along with them to find out which company he worked for. He worked for. He said Beachbreak holidays. I said I did not remember paying them any money and did not appreciate them calling me so late at night and please do not call again. Then I hung up and looked them up on line to find that the Canadian number they had listed is not in service. I found this complaint forum on google and wrote this report.
