I received a charge on my T-Mobile bill for a premium service that I did not select. We have never used the phone for the internet and only had two minutes usage which is typical. We keep the phone in the car for emergencies only. The product was from Shaboom Media and the program was Barnstorm. Called T-Mobile and they could not help except they did put on a block to keep this from happening again. Called Shaboom and I am supposed to get a refund check but I will probably be billed again next month.in the mean time, I have to keep paying the charges. This is ridiculous!
