Two weeks ago we reported a fault in the line, it took Telstra 3 days to repair, about 5 days after they repaired it, we lost the line again.
We pay for a whole month of service not a few days here and there. We had very poor service from Telstra and at times the staff at Wynnum Plaza were even rude. If it wasn't for that dreaded contract they have put on us, we will ask them to cancel the whole deal and find an other company. It is unfair they hold us bind by that contract and they treat you any way they like. I am furious about this and still without a line a fortnight later.
