Same story as most of the others listed on this page...

Bought the Groupon, took 7 months to reach my doorstep, they weren't responsive to my feedback and continued to send the exact same proofs (4 times!!!). Finally, they told me I had reached the maximum number of feedback iterations.

Just prior to this, I had contacted their customer support to complain about what was going on. The representative told me there was no way to cancel the order for any credit back and assured me that they would work with me to make the statue meet my expectations. Obviously this was nothing more than lip-service.

I'm very unhappy with the cost, the quality, the timeliness, and the customer service. This company is a scam.
