On holiday was visited at my apt by whome i thought was a rep from my holiday club as this is what he told me. This turned out untrue after being talked into a holiday deal and sell my timeshare. Paying a deposit of £2000. I then went back to cancel the next day (cooling off period) in writing reason being mis-sold and mis-representation. And a scam. But refusing to give back monies. Paid with debit card so bankwont retrieve it back as not classed as fraud. Hoping trading standards can. Why are they let to get away with this.
