Dryer burned up after15 months, LG promised replacement, no word yet after 3 months. Gave legal office documents and pictures

Bought a $1,000 LG dryer at Home Depo. After 15 months, the dryer burned, luckily my circuit breaker contained it. It could have burned my house down! For the last three months we have communicated with Home Depo, the Electric Insurance Company, and LG Electronics. A new dryer was promised, then the matter was sent to LG's Legal Department. Documents and pictures were supplied as requested. It is difficult to reach anyone. Letters have been written and emails sent. The dryer had defective wiring. LG is having difficulty accepting responsibility for its inferior product.
