Do not buy any products from this scam outfit. They refund you once back on your bank account/credit card, but give you false promises on any other refunds. They tell you a manual refund will be processed, there are no supervisors, then there are supervisors who are on the phone. I have been waiting for a "manual refund" since 6/22, today is 8/13/12
