No refund given after returning, continuosly promised refund by supervisors

After ordering a 4 month suppy of the Acai berry diet (that does not work); I was given an RMA # to return the item ($173.90). The company says they have recieved the return.
I have called customer service and had to wait on hold time numerous times. I have spoken with 2 supervisors (Heather and Jeff) who both promised my account would be refunded within 3-5 days. Well needless to say no refund has been given. What a ripoff!
