Kitchen has missing parts and units, i have contacted the company many times and every time i have waited at least 20 minutes on the phone. When eventualy i am put through to customer services i am asked my details i am then put on hold again for at least another 15 minutes and i am then cut off with out any notice, this has happened every time i contact the company.
