In February, I bought two tickets for Madonna's Concert in Paris on july the 14th on aossatickets web site..."the first website in great britain!!!"
I received a confirmation number - T2E1C1O4T24 - and they informed me I should received my tickets 10 days previous the event, to avoid fraud!!! At the end of june, I had a trip out of France, they told me sorry, you don't received them, you will be refund in those next 28 days!!! And of course I have nothing!!!
318 euros is not a low cost!!! Please help me to get my money back.
