This group totally misrepresented themselves and let me believe that they were with my anti-virus software company. Nothing they did worked except it looked like they took some adware off my computer. When I got off the phone and started using my machine all the problems were still there. The tech also told me they were going to put Microsoft Essentials on my machine which normally costs 200 dollars. I checked and it is free at the Microsoft website!!! I tried to talk with a supervisor in the company and he, Archie, told me that I couldn't. Can you believe that. Archie was in India and he told me they do not have any offices in the US. Their website shows many global sites but no brick and mortar. If you got screwed like I did, call your credit card company and they might take the charge off. They did on mine.
The worst was being lied to and conned. Luckily i checked it out and was able to get my money back.
