We purchased a service contract on august 7 whenbuying a new travel trailer at chesaco motors in baltimore, maryland. It stated the contract would pay for any repairs needed while owning the trailer, if the contract was not used for any repairs during the seven years the contract stated a full refund of $1938 at the end of the seven year term. We have a written and signedcontract given to us at the time of purchase. Chesaco motors assured us this was well worth the money, we were not noticified of any breach of contract. I have tried to contact them with the toll free number written on my agreement, they no longer have this number and no forwarding number. I have also mailed them a reguest for my refund waiting to see the results, this is what the agreement stated to receive a full refund. I hope the results to this complaint will be posted on this website.
