Arkidus Out of business, No Warning

I found this company on the internet I thought they would be legit. They came through with two problems that I had, however, when I needed their assistance this last time, I called the company and got an angry employee who told me they went out of business and owed him money. I tried to get some information from him, but he was not helpful.

The company phone are always busy and there isn't anyone to contact. They seemed legit, but I guess in the end they weren't.
