CPS Refuses to protect my daughter, CA 92054

CPS will not protect my daughter from her physically abusive mom. I filed a case through their hotline on Saturday (6 days ago). I have called and emailed them several times. Yet nothing has been done to protect my 6 year old from mom who picks her up off the ground and throws her into objects or the floor and has thing for hitting her in the face. I have not been contacted nor my daughter regarding the abuse. Marks that were on her arm are no longer viable. I filed a police report as well.

This agency is gender biased to say the least. They have no accountability and refuse to put any of their statements in written form.
