My family and I ordered from the take-out menu on 8/10, at approximately 5:20pm. The young woman that took our order dropped the medium-sized cup on the floor as she was about to fill it. She then stooped to get it, then proceeded to fill the cup that fell with fruit punch drink! My wife and I challenged what we witnessed, and she claimed that it was a different cup (we were standing right there). We then asked to see the first cup that dropped, but she retorted that "... She didn't have to show us nothing." The store manager came over, and, in a very indignant tone, backed the claim of the cashier. We challenged him to show us the original cup too - to which he responded, "It's not a big deal; don't worry about it. Take this (new drink in a new cup). We continued to request to see the original cup - that should have been still on the floor where they stood - but he walked off. We have eaten at this location [store #01646 13600 Baltimore Ave #600
Laurel, MD] and have never experienced such a callous disregard for sanitation and customer friendliness. We DEMAND that this matter be investigated, and action be taken.
