I have had the same experience with this company. I ordered the Trial Samples for the cost of shipping and did not receive the product until after their 14 day trial expired. I called them after I noted the additional charges on my visa and they said the trial starts the day you order the product. Then they actually asked me how the product was working at which point I laughed and said "how would I know when I only just received the product?"

This is a scam and now even if I like the product I will not order more and will be sure to spread the word to everyone I know.

If companies are going to offer a trial then they should send you a sample to try that is yours to keep for the trial price. If they are so sure that they have a good product then there should be no problem with this approach as most would re-order.

BTW this product is extremely overpriced!!!
