I saw a puppy for adoption online and when i contacted the owner he said i just had to pay £200 for transportation from the isle of man. When i payed the money through western union i got an email off the pet airways delivery service saying that the puppy will be delivered in 2 hours 30 minutes when that time passed i emailed asking what was happening and got one back saying they were in birmingham and had been delayed and would proceed in the morning and i would have my puppy by 8 am this morning but of course they never turned up and now are ignoring my emails and calls! Please help
