Received "premium service" charge on my phone bill. Never signed up for it. Called to cancel. Can't speak with anyone directly to receive reimbursement. They only allow you to leave a message. After serveral messages finally talked to someone who states they have no info on my phone number, so they can't reimburse fee. Next step is emailing bill to them. I'm sure most people don't bother to jump through all of their hoops.
