I purchased 2 frying pans for the price of one. But they charged me twice, once on 7/12 & again on 7/13. When I called, they wanted me to Fax a copy of bank statement. Which I did on the 7/18. After no response I called again on 7/26. The said refund was approved & it would take 7-10 business days. Today 8/9 I called again, they said they would have to resubmit it & it would take another 7-10 days. I think they just want you to give up. They must be scaming alot of people at 26.98 each!
