What a scam!!! I wanted just the frying pan so I called. Well when I gave them all my credit card info i thought i was done. Well they asked if you wanted the bonus so i pushed the botton for NO. I hear this voice say thank you for purchasing the bonus? I am like you are kidding me... So I continue to listen and next it says do you want the coating on the pans. I push 1 for NO again. SO the voice again says thank you for purchasing the coating. At this point I am furioous. There is no way to get out of this. SO I hang up bc I dont want any more changes to hit my credit card. Well 7 days later the whole set arrives. Now i have to figure out how to ship them back and now call customer service. DO not buy this crap. Bright house should take this scam off its TV
