I met a certain soldier on the Oasis Dating.com, he claimed to be Staff Sergeant who wished to meet me here in Philippines, he asked me to send an email request for his leave at armymail.com. When I requested it, they sent me an NTRT Information Sheet. Then when i submitted it the UN-Human Affairs Department sent me an approval of the leave for 12 weeks however I need to pay $500 for the Liberty pass for this soldier. I noticed this form was signed by Mr. Freeman Burgh, Secretary of the Human Affairs Department of UN. I am confuse, if this is bogus because I cannot find this person in the UN list data. But the form specified Mr. Ban Ki-moon which is a legitimate UN Secretary General. I have not sent the money yet as I am still doubting if this is truly the US military process for applying for the leave.
