I have the same story we had an old mortgage with Taylor Bean and Whitaker before they went bankrupt, they must not secure the files! My checking account was charged with an electronic check for $29.95 had routing/checking account # and also call 1-877-886-0144 if I have any questions... Same thing the lady couldn't disclose the companies name but said they would refund. I have to close the account tomorrow. I am thankful everyone is posting their stories or I probably would have dismissed it. Thank goodness for Google!!! What a scam
