Scam from my credit card

When I reseaved my bill from my credit card, I discover that there was a bill for something I didn't order or didn't sign up or authorized anything from shoppingessen. The first amount was for $39.90 then there was another one for $19.90. That is all most $60.00. I think this is bull and something must be done. This is fraud and I am very pissed off. The fact that they can do such things. There must be something that we can do. If anyone know anything on how we can stop this people, please let me know.
