Had problems with blackberry phone has been promised to repaif mobile. When received brand new phone it did not work on 2 ocasions have been promised a loan phone by Threes customer Service firstly in Solihull touchwood store on sunday 5th August to no avail then again on wednesday 8th august Bull Ring to no avail. Feel that Three are not honouring contract as even the brand new phone received does not work thay have refused to change phone in store for one that works but will not put billing on hold
