While booking rail travel through Trainline, I accepted a proposal to effect savings on future purchases of various goods (unspecified). Details of my bank account were passed to Complete Savings.co.uk, who then extracted from it a sum of £11.25 (POS) on May 8, a similar sum on June 6 and again on July 6. I was unaware that I had entered into any such agreement for these payments and have not received service of any kind in return for them.
