I just realised I have been making a 10 pounds payment since dec. Because I received a cash back booking a ticket on the trainline. I've cancelled my so called membership and I want my money back if possible. I didn't realise I would have to make these payments because it was not clearly stated. Why? I don't know. Really cant understand why a service will be presented as if its free when you have to pay.
