After making a simple call to enquire about a loan this company has taken monies from my account without my authority. They keep saying they will refund but to date have not recieved the cheque!!! Although being told its in the post today many times.
They seem to be con artists and how many other people they do this too i don't know but i'm sure its a lot. BEWARE VERY DISHONEST.
One employee in perticular BEN KING (LIAR) to say the least always promising and never delivering these guys should be shut down by the FSA.
I will also lodge a complaint with them also.
