False advertising/fake flirts and messages

I joined Cupid.com for the promotional 3 day trial period at 2.97. On the 3rd day I realized the site is a joke. Was receiving fake messages and "responses" to emails I never even sent. I contacted them with the allotted time frame to cancel. They had already charged my credit card 39.99. I contacted them for a refund and was denied.instead they offered an additional 3 months free. I don't want 3 more months of this lame site. They should not advertise a 3 day trial period and then charge you anyway. This site is a crock just out to steal your money.
