A safe guard rep came to our home. Which was not vacant. Witout any type of warning or notice They proceeded to take out items valued at over $ 40,000. Which included our car, She had the car towed to her house. They only put out certain items by the road. The rest they kept according to neighbors. They also did not have approval to carry out eviction from the Owner of our mortgage. WE are starting a class action Lawsuit, and based on the number of complaints it shouldnt be hard to do. We have also contactacted our better busniness bureua and our local Television news show that helps with rip off companies. WE have contacted the FBI because the dollar amount and the nature of the scheme. LIKe it it or their are laws governing evictions.
