I received a recorded call for the 5th time from Carnival Cruises so I pushed the key to get to talk to someone. I asked the lady for the phone number and she asked why, so I told her I was on thede no call list. She was very nasty and said it was not her fault and if I didn't like that answer, she told me where to shove it.

I am not after monetary damages I just want them to stop calling me. Once or twice a week they call and they won't quit. It is recorded and baited with a "free cruise" I am 78 years old and my wife is 77, we are retired and still get pestered by these people.

They are rude, nasty and disrespectful and use foul language. Please help me
