I too was duped by this official looking US Immigration site. This is a completely unnecessary service that I paid $149.00 thinking this was the cost of renewing my green card. I called the 1-800 number but didn't get better than an offer of 50% of the fee which I declined. I will contest it with my credit card company but based on past experiences do not hold out much confidence as they tend to support those companies that provide them with a consistent revenue stream whatever their ethical standing.
