As like everyone else I was not aware that I had signed a contract with them. When the Item I won on the bid did not arrive, I emailed them to cancel my order then all hell broke loose l was told as I broke my "contract" with them I would have to pay them £59.99 cancellation fee also £I and £5.15 for the item I bid on this has already been taken from my credit card, looking at next months credit card statement they want £35 for three months.

I am a pensioner and just don't know what to do HELP.
