I purchased a server on this store. It always can not connect server. Server off frequently. Everytime i asked to fix the problem. They asked me to pay addtional fee. They insist the server is up. How can a servr up that we can't even ping it. What a bad service. I spend 111.69$ each month. When we meet the problem. They even ask for 35$ addtional fee. It's a scam.
