Received a check for the amount of $3500.00 accompanied by a letter stating to call Mr. Thierry Gilbert (claims officer) @ 1-347-426-1990 before cashing the check. I did make the call and was told to cash the check, call my claims officer as soon as I had made the transaction and the remaining $67000.00 would be delivered by courier. Seemed "TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE" so after several calls I did reach someone at Valley Business Bank and they did confirm that this was a scam and that it is nationwide.
