I have bought 2 coupon - one for H20 5-in-1 steam mop and another Amazing bullet blender on 21 May and 25 July. I was informed by them that both items will be delayed and can only collect item after 3 August. Today as I was nearby and wanted to collect the items, I call them up and was not able to reach them. The phone was ringing but no one pick them up. Please advise how I can claim back my money.
