My overall experience was exceptional. However, I feel the subject of insuring my belongings was skimmed over so fast that I didn't realize it was being added to my monthly bill. I accept responsibility for approving the insurance, but at the time of going over the rental agreement, my mind was extremely distracted, and I was not at my best concerning important decisions. The monetary value of my belongings isn't very great and my current budget is very small. My main reason for storing my items is mostly for convenience rather than value and if I could do it over, I wouldn't get the insurance.
