I was making a purchase of gold for an online game. On the website it shows how much is in stock. 600 million it says. I ordered 5 million. After purchase i live chatted with the company, as they offer it 24/7. And i was notified there was none in stalk. Obviously this was very disappointing, so i asked for a refund. And for the past 10 hours, i have gone back again and again asking if their boss is in. And they say no. I has used this website before for different purposes and had the same excuse but eventually got the money i paid for or a refund. But they simple refuse to do so this time and i would like to have them realize that their services were paid for, and i have received none.
