After having a long tiring day I went to the asda supermarket in runcorn and purchased some items. I intended to pay in cash for them at the self service checkout. The price was £5.64 which I put in the machine two £2 coins and one £1 coin. The machine did not register the cash and the monies were still in the machine. I had to pay via a debit card.
A shop assistant took my details to give to her management so they can contact me. I heard nothing for about one week so i complained to the customer service desk and again the assistant took my details. To this date, I have had no replies regarding this matter.
