Poor installation and refuse to honor warranty - unethical business practices - Aberdeen Carpet

I ordered a carpet with Empire. Salesman assured me it was perfect for dogs. However, right when install was complete - the installer told me it was inappropriate for dogs!!! The install was poorly done. All the connections started threading. When I called for warranty the company made claims that it is due to my dog! After month back and forth there is still no resolution. I am taking the case to my lawyer. Do not do business wiht Empire or you will regret it.
